Mulenga Chimfwembe was born on 10th October, 1991. He trained as visual art teacher at Evelyn Hone College of Applied arts and Commerce, where he graduated as the best student in the class of 2014 to 2016 which had 194 students. Mulenga Chimfwembe is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with Education (BFAE) at Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce    He started practicing visual arts in 2016 during his studies at Evelyn Hone College and continued to work in his studio in 2017 Lusaka Zambia. His early works started with pencil portraits then later started doing portraits in oil paints, landscape paintings and abstract paintings in acrylic paints. Mulenga Chimfwembe continues to explore new techniques and materials to create unique and inspiring artworks. He believes that his art is a way of expressing himself and connecting with others on a deeper level. Mulenga’s passion for art has not only given him a fulfilling career but has also helped him touch the lives of many people through his artworks.He has exhibited with various local galleries and he is affiliated with visual arts council (VAC). He is currently looking forward to do a solo exhibition.
